My purpose is truth and providing a conduit for activism and participation in properly maintaining our property.

Any factual error that may occur is unintentional and will be immediately corrected and that correction will be prominently displayed and featured.

So, do not hesitate to provide corrections to any errors or to note any relevant omissions.

My activism began when I suffered a severe injury in a common area due to the allegedly negligent actions of multiple parties.

The injury caused me to be bed-ridden for two months.

By the time I was able to walk again I was shocked at the generally poor condition of the property's bottom-level common areas — and the property manager's callous disregard of it.

Submissions from other residents are welcome and anonymity will be maintained if desired.

This is important because I live on the bottom level and am unaware of conditions elsewhere.

The Board, property managers, and vendors must be held accountable and know that they are being scrutinized by everyone.
